"All our products are shipped to you from Germany using a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping, depending on your region. No code is required; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes customs fees.

Cancellations or changes to orders are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email, and you can expect delivery of your order according to the schedule below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

For all orders over €59 in the rest of Europe. For all orders over €150 worldwide. For orders below the above thresholds, the following shipping costs apply:
